PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. By accessing or using our Site, booking an appointment, or purchasing any service or membership from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our Site or services.
1. Use of the Site and Services
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to use the Site solely for legitimate inquiries, scheduling appointments, and purchasing valid wash packages or memberships.
2. Vehicle Specifications & Membership Accuracy
While certain online booking features may not mandate full vehicle details at checkout, you agree that all vehicle information provided for appointments, profiles, or monthly memberships (including make, model, and year) must be accurate. Memberships are strictly bound to the specific vehicle registered at enrollment. We reserve the right to adjust final on-site pricing or refuse service if a vehicle's actual size, type, or condition deviates materially from your booking profile.
3. Monthly Unlimited Wash Club & Memberships
If you enroll in any subscription-based membership, recurring wash package, or Unlimited Wash Club through our Site, the following conditions apply:
Vehicle Specifics: Each membership is registered to a single, specific vehicle and is non-transferable without our explicit prior authorization.
Automatic Billing: Membership fees are automatically billed monthly to your designated payment method on the same calendar day as your initial enrollment.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your membership at any time. To avoid being billed for the subsequent cycle, cancellation requests must be processed online or submitted in writing at least five (5) days prior to your scheduled renewal date. No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
4. Liability Limitations & Vehicle Damage Policy
Palisades Pitstop takes exceptional care with every vehicle entrusted to our staff. However, by booking our hand car wash or detailing services, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations on our liability:
Pre-existing Conditions: We are not liable for pre-existing body damage, mechanical faults, paint oxidation, clear-coat peeling, or deep-seated interior deterioration.
Aftermarket and Modified Parts: We are not responsible for damage to non-factory or aftermarket modifications, including but not limited to custom rims, loose trim, aftermarket spoilers, roof racks, specialized antennas, or magnetic decals.
Valuables: Customers are strictly instructed to remove all loose personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to handing it over for service. We are not liable for missing or damaged personal property inside the vehicle.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary content, branding, logos, graphics, text, images, and software code displayed on palisadespitstop.com are the exclusive intellectual property of 4 Miller Boys LLC and are protected by United States and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of any digital material on this Site is strictly prohibited.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any legal disputes or claims arising out of your use of the Site or our physical services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree that any formal legal actions must be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
